With a voice reminiscent of Adele and Florence Welch, and with ferocious rock violin shredding straight out of Led Zeppelin’s Kashmir, Razz is a one-woman powerhouse. Trained in classical violin from the age of seven, she specializes in creating riveting arrangements of contemporary rock and pop songs on just one instrument.
 

Her six-string flying V electric violin is a hybrid of violin, viola, and cello that straps to her shoulders, giving her the freedom to use her powerful voice and play simultaneously. Her raw, intense, and complex performances bring the audience into a captivating space where songs are broken down and restructured on the violin as Razz’s compelling voice weaves her creation together.
 

Razz is a master blender of classical and contemporary styles. She brings new life to the violin by exploring the sonic potential of electric strings in hard rock and roll. Razz combines vocal and string melodies through captivating live looping – bringing an exciting twist to familiar favorites.
